The Turbo Jet Dryer TJG 03/1000 is the smallest, most efficient, low cost gas fired dryer in the industry. The TJG 03/1000 outputs up to 1350 pcs/hour, occupying only 6.5 meters in total length (3 meters of heat chamber, 2 meters infeed and 1.5 meters exit). The belt width is 1 meter wide and is equipped with variable speed drive and time/temperature controller. Designed with an innovative system that evenly distributes pressurized air over the entire tunnel area, this dryer allows for a better usage of the machine’s thermal capacity with the least temperature dissipation outside the tunnel area.
